House Vs. Condo

Buying a home in Ontario is a huge milestone, but the first big decision is often whether to go for a condo or a house. Both options come with their own unique benefits and challenges, and the “right choice” isn’t the same for everyone.

Houses, on the other hand, give you more space, privacy, and flexibility. You can have a yard, a garage, and the freedom to renovate or make changes as you wish. But houses often come with a higher price tag, more maintenance responsibilities, and potentially higher utility and property tax costs.
