I think you have to consider resale value. Houses often appreciate more than condos in the long term.

Convenience wins for me at this stage. A yard isn’t worth the hassle yet.

Personally, I like the flexibility. If your job moves you around, a condo makes more sense.

And honestly, lifestyle is different for everyone. Some love maintenance and a yard, others don’t.
