What is Municipal Watch?

I agree that municipal governments need opposition outside of just residents alone, I like how with the federal system the official opposition holds them accountable. The main issue is that we would then be spending even more money on employing the official opposition to the municipal government UNLESS it was a group of volunteers, but if that was the case I would agree that the quality of their opposing statements would not be as good as someone who is paid to make them by the municipal government.
