I haven't heard anything yet on this deal by the Region to take over this land from the farmers but aren't many of the wells located in Wilmot Township located in that area? What happens to all of these wells and the water that we need for all of the Region if massive development happens in that area?
Either they will just drain all the well supplies or they will have to route municipal water all the way out there which is more likely. Which is just more strain on our water grid that can barely support our rapidly growing communities as is.
