Are Tax Cuts the Best Way to Stimulate Growth?

I think that there is a line between tax cuts and just plainly over taxing our communities, I think that everyone agrees in Canada we are over taxing our country and it is causing our population to be close to broke. Now that being said I think that people are having issues with managing money in today's time as well. People treat too many things as necessities when in reality they are luxuries, a lot of people I know when they get their tax refunds just go and blow it on something stupid instead of actually using the money like intended and purchasing necessities or investing the money wisely in order for it to grow overtime.
