I feel that I bring a good amount of experience to the table with my past volunteer work and my previous accounting background. My new Real Estate career has also helped me better understand the local housing market and the needs of our community. I think I would be a great asset to the budgeting process and I'm eager to get to work on many of the committees. I hope to be able to bring all the concerns that I've heard over the past year to council to find solutions to the issues that are important to all our regional residents.



I was encouraged to run for council by my own conscience. I was actively aware of the land acquisition in Wilmot and felt that voice needed to be heard. I am also dismayed by the appointment of our regional chair. There has never been a more important time than right now to stand up and defend our democracy. I believe we need better accountability and transparency at all levels of government and I will do what I can to help ensure we do a much better job of that.
