Habitat Protection vs. Development

I think the building up idea is good in theory, but we need to learn to be more respectful to our neighbours. As the idea of having people living above, below and beside you in an apartment is fine unless they are not respectful. It just seems like right now everyone is so entitled that it would be very hard to accomplish that for everyone one Florida with the attitude that they currently bring to the table.
