Are We Loving Florida’s Wildlife to Death?
There should 100% be areas that are off limits to visitors, no matter what the #1 priority should be conserving the natural state of Florida's wildlife regardless of the fact that it might mean less tourists.
I think that the responsibility is on the community of Florida, the reason I say this is because as long as there are tourists there are going to be people who will want to profit on Florida's wildlife. It is up to the locals to hold these people who run the tours accountable for where they go and to make sure that they do not venture into protected areas. Tourists will not know where to go without these tours so as long as the people who are running them are staying out of protected or sensitive areas then we will be able to prevent further damage.
