And that’s why we need regulation. AI is not inherently evil, but corporate greed can make it destructive. There should be limits: for example, a company can integrate AI to enhance productivity but can’t reduce headcount without proper compensation, retraining, or alternative roles. Otherwise, it’s exploitation.
I’m all for smart regulation, but let’s not pretend humans are irreplaceable in every sector. The future of work is coming whether we like it or not. Fighting AI with arbitrary rules will just make us globally uncompetitive.
