Yeah I agree with this, because if you have a 5 foot 2 woman being charged by a 6 foot 3 man, is it reasonable force to discharge your weapon? But now what if its a 6 foot 3 man being charged by a 5 foot 2 woman (unlikely but for thought), is it still reasonable. Because in my opinion you don't know what they could be concealing but if you fire in defense and they aren't concealing anything then it's negligence.
