I think that is exactly the problem though. Just because we can fill every moment does not mean we should. There is value in having nothing to do sometimes.
I get what you are saying, but I feel like people romanticize boredom a bit too much. When I am bored, I am not suddenly becoming creative, I am just annoyed.
