Where has the Human Decency Gone?

It would cost a lot more to the government in the long run for them to try and capture these people. They would have to continuously follow them and then stop them from unloading the drugs. Then if they capture them they would have to use the resources to arrest them, write reports on everything collected and dispose of it and then hold the people in jail. And then deport them back to their country where they would probably do the same thing again. Not only this but it runs the risk of them getting away. All of that or they could just drop one bomb, it might not be the most peaceful thing but those people are there to do harm to the American population by selling drugs. So if they are not trying to be peaceful why should we?
