Respectfully, I’m a 62yo woman who used to be (the old) Liberal, just like Joe. He has a very wide base and if Liberals don’t want to give his podcast a listen, it doesn’t matter WHERE Pierre goes to try and reach them, they will just plug their ears and shout “la, la, la, la, la” anyway.

2nd, I don’t understand how strategising to work in cooperation with the US, our neighbour and ally equates to “a merge.” What I feel is missing in today’s intolerant society is the nuance that supporting one or some of Trump’s policies automatically means you support everything he does. Throwing the baby out with the bathwater has never been a sensible approach to solving anything.

That's a really good point, even if he goes to places where there are a concentrated amount of liberal voters they will still choose not to listen at all simply because they just don,t care, even if he is making good points.

And this too, it seems like people have forgotten how you can just support certain aspects of someones policy. The unfortunate reality is though, when you vote for someone you have to support everything they stand for and not particular parts of it. We vote for them to represent us as the people so unfortunately that means we take the good and the bad policies that they have.
