I thought this interview link was an important prelude to the beginning of the next 7 weeks. Each week the local candidates will be emailed selected questions..... their responses (or lack of) will be posted here.
Shaun Newman is a Canadian podcaster that lives out west. He is doing a "tour" right now and met up with Sam Cooper who is a Canadian investigative journalist that lives in Ottawa.
The interview opens with Sam explaining the chinese interference that has been happening for the last number of years in Canadian politics. Sam has written the book Wilful Blindness (3 editions) which goes through his research on foreign interference, organized crime and chinese communist party influence in Canada since the '80's. He has worked with the top members of CSIS and the RCMP.
