Sorry for the delay in responding, I missed this email in a flood of others☹
My leadership style in my business for the last 43 years: lead by example and ask a lot of questions.
In terms of most important issues, through my door knocking it has become very clear that skyrocketing taxes, crumbling roads and snow clearing are big concerns for our community. Some great discussions on housing as well.
So, a quick answer….

These are bigger discussions than an email on how to solve.
If you ever want to speak in person, I have set up a non-formal meet and greet on September 23rd at The Hacienda from 5-8pm. Location and registration is on my web site. Or I will always set up a meeting to come and chat one evening or weekend.
