If you're still voting liberal you've got to be retarded, what was the price of butter under the last PC government?
Care to take a guess?
I agree, not liberal by any means but you need to provide actual context to your claims, as blindly blaming the government for everything doesn't get you anywhere. It just breeds hate and then spreads it.Care to provide any citations or proof of what the root cause of this issue was, and where the liberal government caused this. Because although the liberals have been in power in Canada for a while now the economic state of the world has vastly shifted in that time period and inflation has gotten out of hand IN EVERY COUNTRY not just in Canada.
I speculate that even if the PC was in power the cost of everything would still have gone up because of how the world is operating right now. So please back up your post with any proof that this was directly or indirect caused by something implemented by the liberal government.

Based on this chart the UK has the cheapest prices, now the UK does in fact also have carbon type taxes. It isn't unified like the Canadian ones are but it is there none the less and their prices are cheaper than that of the USA. So maybe there is an underlying tissue with sourcing these products in Canada compared to the UK and could be a reason why the price is significantly higher?Food prices in Canada have risen because of LIBERAL carbon pricing. Carbon pricing adds a percentage to every aspect of farming and transportation with each getting hit multiple times with the same carbon tax before the food comes to market.
A quick survey in basic food staples below confirms what we all already know.

They definitely don't have it like Canada has it. We are taxed in many different ways on the same product, there is a carbon tax on manufacturing the vehicle to transport it, the fuel to fuel it, the product itself is taxed, the materials to make it are taxed. We just have so much tax on everything that it raises our prices exponentially on top of our already high income tax.Based on this chart the UK has the cheapest prices, now the UK does in fact also have carbon type taxes. What time period are you referring to when you say it has doubled in price, (from what year to now), because I'm interested to see how long of a time frame this has taken place over. Prices have been going up for so long now I can't even check and I really wonder how much were are really being scammed. The 7.3% is bogus, a lot of the foods I've bought have more than doubled in price making food inflation over 100%
